The Council Pinewood Derby Event is FREE to attend thanks to our Presenting Sponsor, Brumos Collection.
Enjoy the museum before or after your race & cheer on your friends & fellow Scouts!
All youth should be accompanied by an adult at this event.
Food trucks will be available to purchase lunch.
Competitive Race: By Invitation Only. Open to qualifying Scouts from District Races
The top 3 finishers in each grade level at each District’s race are eligible to participate. No registration is required for the competitive race – just show up to check-in at your designated time based on grade level.
- 4th grade: check-in- 9:30-10:00am | 10:15 race
- 3rd grade: check-in- 10:00-10:30am | 10:45 race
- 2nd grade: check-in- 10:30-11:00am | 11:15 race
- 1st grade: check-in- 11:00-11:30am | 11:45 race
- KG: check-in- 11:30-12:00pm | 12:15 race

Recognizing the cars that look cool, fun & unique but aren’t necessarily fast.
An award will be given to the winner in each of the 3 entry categories: Most Artistic, Most Unique & Best Non-Car Vehicle as voted on by event attendees.
