SEa Advanced Leadership Training (SEAL)

The strategy of the training program is enabling leadership skills while underway, meaning every day is diverse for applying leadership. Works to fast-forward your Troop’s, Ship’s, or Crew’s junior leaders…tweaking these youth towards experienced leaders ready to serve your Unit and their community. Is challenging, but on the backside is remarkably rewarding as a “hands-on leadership experience”. Participants from any of the three Scouting youth programs can succeed, so long as they are willing to absorb the opportunity, coupling it with robust preparation and participation.

Application due March 1, 2020
